I will aim to despatch the goods within five working days, and will contact you if otherwise. V.A.T. is not applicable.

Unframed orders in the UK will be delivered to you using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service, so they should be with you within 1-2 working days of the dispatch date. Orders outside the UK will be delivered using the Royal Mail Airsure service. Whether in the UK or not, you can track the progress of your order online using the order tracking facility here.

All unframed work will be delivered to you in a substantial card board tube by Special Delivery. If more than one picture is purchased at a time then they will be packaged together in the same tube. The work is on paper, which can easily absorb moisture so it is important to keep it in fairly dry conditions as opposed to a humid atmosphere.

Framed orders will be sent by private carrier (APC Overnight) and should be with you within 1-2 working days of the despatched date. Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to use the order tracking facility to track framed deliveries.

The oil paintings, drawings and carborundum prints are available but delivery and framing options vary with each work and so purchases need to be arranged, by email, telephone or post, individually.

Payment can be made by credit card or cheque (Sterling only).

This site features an interactive shopping system linked with a secure server to ensure that all information entered is entirely safe. To purchase pictures, go to the page displaying each individual picture and click the button at the bottom of the page. When you have added all the pictures you require, click 'View Order' on the menu to proceed to the ordering pages. Here you will be asked for all relevant delivery and credit/debit card information. My secure server will check your details and process the order.

I have made every effort to make sure that the work gets to you in perfect condition. However, works should be inspected on arrival and if damaged should be returned to me within 7 days. Also, if you are not satisfied with any print purchased, you may return it within 21 days of delivery.

Providing works are in their original condition mutually agreed substitutes can be sent or a full refund made.

When returning prints please use a registered delivery service, and make sure you include your order number with the print.

I have taken great care to ensure that the scanned images you see on the Website are as near to being true representations of the colours and tones of the original artwork as possible. However, the technology is not capable of showing an exact representation of the work and some of the subtleties of the images, or the importance of scale, particularly for the black and white prints, may not be shown to full advantage.

I am confident though, that you will be entirely satisfied with the original work itself.
