For several years in the mid 1970's The Times newspaper published an article, every week, about a different individual who was being held, somewhere in the world, as a prisoner of conscience. For nearly three years (March 1976 - November 1978) I made a collection of all these articles . . .as well as all the copies of The Times printed in that period.
