Most days of the week I walk from the studio to the point where I get this view - a glimpse of wilderness. It takes me about 25 minutes to get there and 25 minutes to get back -  like a 50 minute therapy session!

'Crossing' is from an on-going series, 'Incident'. In these paintings there is the suggestion of a narrative, perhaps implying that some incident (great or small) might have occurred - people dealing with situations they find themselves in.
