I began making 'Great Expectations' as a series of charcoal drawings in 2000. Since 2012 the series has continued to grow but as paintings, each in oil on linen.

'Collateral' . . . a meditation on suffering

I wanted to make a painting with people interacting . . . with individuals together in the moment . . . but with each mentally and emotionally in their own world.
